Please join me on Thursday, August 18th for a 90 minute class to learn how to channel the spirit world through writing and journaling. We will be learning safe and easy tools to connect with spirit and freely write to receive both messages for ourselves and for others. Channeling is a form of communication that happens with your spirit guides or higher self. 

In this class you will learn

* How to prepare your space and create a safe environment

* How to prepare your mind and body to begin the channel

* How to call in your spirit team

* How to surrender to the messages received

* We will also learn how to channel a message for others with one of my favorite exercises.  

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen or pencil.
