In 2012 we began to bring all pieces of ourselves back together. Our true self is this large, powerful, loving and wise being of light. We broke up into many pieces to experience time, space, and all emotions. As we bring all our parts back together we can feel all emotions from all life times again. We play the same games with the same people. We repeat and repeat until we learn a lesson or learn to forgive. We started with the challenging past lives to heal the hard lessons. We are now merging with the more powerful lives to remember our wisdom and gifts. We are still healing but we also accelerated our growth. We are remembering more and more of who we are. We are remembering our knowledge and power. We are awakening from a state of forgetfulness.

We are moving out of duality and back into unity.

When we meditate we bring ourselves closer to who we truly are. Our souls are of love and light. That is who YOU are, that is who WE are. We came to earth and chose a costume and character to play, but our souls all come from the same place. We play a game of separation, a game of duality, but the end goal of this game is to come back to unity.

We are all on earth to learn, to experience, to grow, and to ascend. As a soul we chose to experience separation from our true divinity and then return back. "The Great Awakening" is when we remember we were playing a separation game.

To talk to the spirit world, a medium shifts their vibration to a higher frequency. We open our hearts and clear our mind and hold space for spirit to come in. Spirit sees our love, our light, and our experiences; we feel their love, their light and their experiences. There is no race or color.

As a Regression Therapist, I have noticed this virus is bringing up past life fears and traumas. We are also holding family trauma in our cell memory, and as a collective, trying to clear and heal these very old traumas off the earth planet. As we clear these traumas our body and mind can make us believe we are reliving the trauma. It is good to label or decode the trauma. Here are some of the common fears I have seen brought to the surface at this time.
