Decoding Your Fears

Decoding our Fears

As a Regression Therapist, I have noticed this virus is bringing up past life fears and traumas. We are also holding family trauma in our cell memory, and as a collective, trying to clear and heal these very old traumas off the earth planet. As we clear these traumas our body and mind can make us believe we are reliving the trauma. It is good to label or decode the trauma. Here are some of the common fears I have seen brought to the surface at this time.

1. Black Plague - "In the 14th Century this plague is infamous for killing millions of people in Europe during the Middle Ages. Today, modern antibiotics are effective in treating plague." What I find interesting is that people who lived during the black plague have been coming in to see me for the past two years. We have been trying to clear a lot of this trauma in empaths. The conoavirus is NOT the black plague. About ~2% of the infected population dies. That number is almost 1% more deaths than are attributed to any conventional flu the world experiences. However, if you lived during the time of the black plague, or have family that did, your mind can make you think you are reliving it.

2. Great Depression - "The Great Depression was a severe worldwide economic depression that took place mostly during the 1930s, beginning in the United States." The Great Depression was less then a 100 years ago. During the great depression people did run out of essentials to survive and many died from starvation. People who are holding onto this trauma are hoarding food, toilet paper, and supplies. Some people appear to be getting ready for years of lack. There was a lady at Costco who was trying to buy 36 large cases of toilet paper. What is this lady feeling? What are her fears? What are you feeling? What are your fears?

3. Brainwashing and Segregation: Many people have overcome fears: religious fear based beliefs, political fear beliefs, and beliefs that one group is superior to another which causes segregation. In history we have killed large groups of people worried they are bad or could harm us. When people are in fear they go into survival mode. Their brain functioning and logic is not as sharp. Placing people in fear is a great way to feed them false information and make them believe certain information will help them to survive. People can loose all sense of reasoning. Many of us have been killed in past lives because of our beliefs or because our religion was not in alignment with the masses. The Holocaust was not that long ago. Many have been killed based on the color of their skin. As a collective we are trying to clear these limited beliefs that make us feel separate or fearful of each other.

4. Group Gatherings: A lot of social events have been cancelled and there is fear around large group gatherings. In History there have been laws that forbade large group gatherers as a way to control the masses and prevent them from fighting back. Not allowing large group gatherings can make you feel like you lost your power and freedom.

5. Fear of Dying: No one lives forever. So why do we have a fear of dying? Do you have a fear of not completing your life mission? Fear of leaving people behind? Fear of judgment? Fear of missing out? Do you have a fear of not having control? Try to decode the fear of dying. This is hard. It is a very real and common fear. To help, you may want to listen to some Near Death Experience videos. Many explain the beauty of the other side and how they lost the fear of dying. Very powerful and amazing. People with NDEs learn to fully take in life and live it to the fullest. The fear of dying can stop us from living. Isn't that interesting!?

So with this, you now know that you have a desire to live. Why do you want to live? Have you ever asked yourself that? Have you been living or just surviving?

Write down your goals, your bucket lists, and prepare to start living life to the fullest. Maybe this is a wake up call to let us know we do want to live. As empaths, many have felt they wanted to be done with all this earth stuff; but when it comes down to it, we realize we do want to live. Now you need to dive fully into that. Use this wake up call to make some lifestyle changes and have gratitude for the gift of life.

6. Fear of Being Outcasted: A lot of people are more fearful as being labeled as someone who has the virus, then actually having the virus itself. This could be due to the fear of judgment, fear of being wrongly accused, fear of accidentally hurting an other, and fear of quarantine and being removed from society.

(Side Note: Before the virus came to the U.S., spirit guided us to create the class, "Decode Your Fears," and I have a speaker already lined up to talk about the beauty of her Near Death Experience at Sunday Service. The "Decode your Fears" class is still scheduled to run. A few of those participating in Sunday Service were not comfortable hosting 40 people in a smaller space, so Sunday Service is postponed. I find it interesting that the spirit world knew exactly what we would need at this time.)

These are just some of the fears I have noticed being released from the collective. I would recommend you go within and look at your fears. Your fear may be one of the ones listed above or something else

Take a look at your family history. What are you clearing and releasing at this time? To help you look at your family trauma I recommend the book, "It Didn't Start with You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle" - by Mark Wolynn. He also has a TED talk.
