What can lower your vibration:

1. Watching the News

2. Social Media

3. Politics

4. Thinking you are unprepared because you don't have 400 rolls of toilet paper. (Joke)

5. Sharing fear based thoughts with others and hoping to find someone to participate and help feed your fear.

6. Arguing about all the idiots with a different point of view.

7. Arguing with idiots on social media.

8. Having negative thoughts - "When you choose a thought over and over again, eventually it becomes a belief." - Abraham Hicks

9. Believing someone's fear base reality and/or reality will soon become yours.

Tools to Help Lift your Vibration:

1. Watch a funny movie

2. Take a long walk outside and get some fresh air

3. Meditate - quite the mind, listen to your guides, decrease stress

4. Listen to your favorite music

5. Dance

6. Listen to Abraham Hicks on YouTube

7. Read a great book

8. Listen to uplifting podcasts

9. Take an online class and learn a new skill to help you focus on your future dreams

10. Gratitude Journal - Think about all you are grateful for

11. Post too many memes about toilet paper on social media to help make yourself laugh and help bring laughter to others (yes, this is referring to me)
